I’m Lysa Le, a multi-disciplinary product designer with a background in fashion. No matter the end product, be it shoes or a graphical user interface, I believe good design can solve problems as long as we keep the user in mind. My job is to sweat out the details and refine the process so the job can get done quicker, cheaper and better for the next go round all the while having fun.
Personal Values
I aim for social responsibility in my work because I believe good quality design should be accessible to all and not to a select few. I also value a working environment that promotes creative and personal integrity. I believe a work life balance benefits all. Simply put? Treat others as you would want to be treated.

I partnered with our collaborators and consultation clients for runway and production, including: Farfetch (e-commerce), Vera Wang, DVF, and Donna Karan Collection.
We were honored with the CFDA Swarovski Award for Accessory Design in 2016 and nominated for the CFDA Accessory Designer of the Year in 2017 and 2018.
Senior Footwear Designer

Under the tenure of CEO Ron Johnson, the design team was tasked to rebrand the footwear division. I designed the Fall 2013, Holiday 2013, Summer and Spring 2014 collections for multiple private labels and licensees. I also worked with a cross functional team to deliver product and visual assets that was consistent to each label’s identity.
Design Director
2010-2012
I was part of a team that launched Vince Camuto’s Signature Shoes and successfully secured a retail partnership with Nordstrom when I presented the collection at their corporate offices in Seattle, WA. I identified opportunities to capture market share using qualitative (user feedback) and quantitative (sales reports) data.
Donna Karan (LVMH)
Assistant Designer
2006-2010
I worked alongside Donna Karan, the VP of Shoes & Accessories and the RTW Creative Director on the women’s seasonal collections and participated in the final line critique and edit of the market and runway collections.
